Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure the clothing remains protected during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
